Do I need to sign in to use the service?
No, you can upload and process images without signing in. However, signing in with Google provides higher rate limits (15 uploads/downloads per hour vs 5 for anonymous users) and enables download functionality.
What image formats are supported?
We support JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and WebP formats. The tool preserves the original format when possible, converting only when necessary.
How accurate is the location detection?
Location detection accuracy depends on visible landmarks, text, or distinctive features in your images. If location cannot be detected automatically, you can manually set it using the search function or map.
What metadata is added to images?
Images are tagged with GPS coordinates (latitude/longitude), AI-generated descriptions, relevant tags, and EXIF metadata. All metadata is embedded directly into the image file.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we use secure connections and do not store your images permanently. Images are processed and then removed from our servers. We only use your email for authentication and rate limiting purposes.
